I have second sugestion .
There is some players whose want join to EP so EP can make Server and on this server can be EP Academy.
One person is master of EP academy and he must tell to leader(Billy or Strobe) who play good. theen Leaders decide who can join.

hummm good idea..but renting a server costs money

we have just started the clan about 2 weeks ago and we allready have some kind of recuiting process in order. We just need to get the server running smoothly. Your idea is good but i dont think it will benefit the server at this present time

If academy comes, it should be for the server we have now. All could join, not noobs noobs, but noobs who can evolve in something good.
If leaders think its a good idea i am happy to help in leading it. Doen this one before and it works!
