Better clan?

I know that im not in clan but I send apply to join and I have some sugestion to better clan.

Maybe you can do Rangs on the forums and when somone be active u can put his rank higher.

And on the server can be 2 people whose be Military Police(i can be it becose in other clans i was)

And when u add more admin lvls to the servers maybe lvl1 can be freind lvl 2 can be good friend 3 try out and higher its admin lvl in clan.Then ,when u put this maybe 1lvls to 3 players, they say about it server to freidns and to server come more people.


And i think that evry clans need some people to revrutation.


U can make Rank in clan :

Recruter.


Admin lvl : ...

and in clan can be about 3 recruter.





Its only my sugestion so dont have bad think about me.

Recruiters are not needed, like that peeps will be recruited whitout leader knowing of it.
And they will not know who is in clan and who isnt.

about the friends lvl i think server could benefit from it.

Well... recruiters are maybe nothing bad, but those must be good recruiters. In IwA clan, where i was befor there was few recruiters, who recruited a lot of people. Infact IwA have now so many members, that i dont know even half of them and i was in clan for about 1,5 month. Anyway if clan have a recruiter who know what mean to be recruiter then it is good idea.

But iwa is old clan and it have very very many New members. EP is so young can whose[i think] need members
